4.3 Account Self-Deactivation

5.1 Deposits

6.1 Welcome Bonus

299bet color offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — in this case, a wager of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed to complete the wagering requirement.

The wagering requirement on a bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. That is, to withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each Member may use each promotion only once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in those accounts being cancelled.
• The Company reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.

6.3 VIP Program

Regular members may join the VIP program, which has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as a member moves to a higher tier. Weekly cashback is paid at a set rate based on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

7.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. The Company uses software provided by game suppliers and has no ability to directly intervene in game outcomes.

7.2 System Errors

If a game result is unclear or a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or system disruption, the Company reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the stake. If a Member attempts to take unfair advantage of an error, any winnings from that activity will be cancelled.

7.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the specific rules of each sporting event apply. If a match is cancelled or does not finish within the scheduled time, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. In a multi-bet, if any one selection is void, its odds will be counted as 1.00.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299bet color platform:

1. Registering or operating an account under a false identity.
2. Creating or operating more than one account.
3. Bonus arbitrage or fraudulent use of bonuses.
4. Using any software or bots to influence game results.
5. Harassing or deceiving other members.

8. Operating an account using a third party's funds.

9.2 Closure by the Member

If a Member wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request through the support team. Under the Responsible Gaming policy, a Member may voluntarily request that their account be closed for a specified period or permanently.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no activity for 12 months or more may be marked as inactive. In such cases, the Company will notify the Member.
